The purpose of this community meeting is to provide an update on the business plan for the delivery of a neighbourhood battery in Yea.
The plan will detail the commercial, technological, and software systems to deploy a neighbourhood battery
for optimal environmental, financial and network performance, and community benefit.

The scope of this project is to deliver the following work:
- Site assessment.
- Network studies.
- Site and system electrical design.
- Operational and financial modelling, including arbitrage and Frequency Control Ancillary
- Services (FCAS).
- Commercial arrangements, including lease agreement and any additional required
- commercial agreements.
- Establish arrangements for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the battery.
